Client partners get varied levels of access to the consignments and shipments they’re involved in.

Depending on their role and organization type, your partners will be given varying degrees of access to relevant consignments and shipments. To see what level of access is available by default, view the Data Sharing Specifications (DSS). For example:
- Trade partners, 3PLs, inland haulage partners, and customs brokers will be able to see transportation and documentation throughout the supply chain
- Network members could get access to see direct ocean containers and any associated documents
- Truckers and drayage partners can get access to terminal data including events like 'container available for pick-up'
The TradeLens team will work with you to ensure you and your partners have the right access to the shipments and consignments they are involved in. Limitations and onboarding fees may apply.
